Becoming AI-native builders

Ninety days before this GED, Intuit committed to transforming how its employees build. Since then, technologists across the company have adopted new tools and stepped into a new identity as AI-native builders.

At this GED, employees were no longer just writing the lines. They were orchestrating the layers, setting direction while AI agents executed the work. They owned the outcome, the value and the future, because they had the speed, scale and tools to deliver.
