Intuit’s AI innovation was moving faster than traditional storytelling could explain it. The Customer Innovation Center is Intuit’s first executive briefing center, a curated experience that makes the platform tangible in minutes and shortens the path from first conversation to decision. While screens showcase the AI, the space itself embodies human intelligence. Curved forms, warm materials and greenery create approachable, rounded moments that bring Intuit’s brand to life, far from the typical sterile fintech briefing center. Visitors move through four zones: Welcome, Intuit’s Mission, the Strategy of AI plus human intelligence, and Platform Demos.

Sketching it out

Six early layouts tested how screens, seating and circulation could share a compact storefront footprint. The strongest ideas carried into a single arched plan.

Rendering the space

Before any color or material, white-box renders tested the curved walls, sightlines and the sculptural ceiling.

Prototyping in VR

The VR walkthrough was the prototype for the entire space. Leaders could step inside the design long before construction, which built early confidence in the vision. It also became a working tool for fine-tuning details and sizing the screens against the rest of the room.

Materiality

Design approach

Rounded throughout

Every wall is rounded to soften the room and balance AI with HI, human intelligence. Removing hard angles gives the space an organic feel, and greenery suspended from the ceiling carries that feeling overhead.

Super Blue, used sparingly

Intuit’s brand color appears in measured moments, balanced by warm wood tones and a natural terrazzo floor.

Screens like a ribbon

Screens wrap the space so the brand story surrounds visitors as they learn about Intuit and how its products can help move their businesses forward.
